All Solon Belleville Springs are 100% mill traceable. Our quality assurance and testing facilities can assure that we are producing to the highest quality standards in the industry. Updating our engineering, production and inspection techniques during the past 35 years has tightened controls in the production process and improved the consistency and quality of our products.
Solon Industrial Controls adhere to Solon's Quality Assurance Specifications. As part of our effort to ensure quality and reliability, Solon uses two Helium Mass Spectrometer leak detection systems. This technology is used to test 100% of our metal pressure sensing assemblies ensuring no measurable leakage in the field.
